PATH would like to recognize and appreciate all those who contributed to this guideline, including those whose names may not be listed. Minimal Essential Package and Effective Messages for DS-TB Counseling and Tele Counseling was funded by the HIV/TB Agency, Information and Services Activity (AIS) consortium of the United States Agency for International Development (USAID). The objective is to promote community engagement in TB case finding and improve overcoming of barriers in TB treatment adherence by using the counseling technique through health care providers.
